This Contract is ONLY for vendors who have purchased a space. After you have purchased a space at our show, please fill out this contract below.

LOCATION: Gloucester County 4-H Fairgrounds, 275 Bridgeton Pike, Mullica Hill, NJ 08062
SHOW HOURS: 10AM-4PM
VENDOR ADMITTANCE: 2 Wristbands for a single space. Wristbands must be worn at all times.
SET UP: Set up will be from 7AM to 10AM the morning of the show. Drive up the long driveway to the gazebo to check in for space assignments. 12ft x 12ft vendor spaces have one parking space behind their booths. Single 6ft tables can pull up near the pavilion to unload their merchandise and will need to move their cars to nearby parking. We will try to keep everyone as close to their spaces as possible for easy load out at the end of the day. Vendors cannot load out until 4PM. Packing can start at 3:30PM.
DISPLAY OF MERCHANDISE: We welcome every field of toy collecting. Merchandise will be confined to your space. Bring your own tables and chairs. No company or organization selling or demonstrating anything other than toys and popular culture will be accepted.
VENDOR PLACEMENT: Show management reserves all rights in assigning dealer locations.
NO REFUNDS: No weather related refunds will be offered. This is a rain or shine event.
SPACES: 12ftx12ft spaces @$100 each. Single 6ft tables @$75 each. Spaces will be under roofed pavilions with concrete floors. You must supply your own tables and chairs for 12ftx12ft spaces. A single table will be provided for Single Table spaces. Limit one extra table for single table spaces. Spaces can be shared.

DEADLINE: Payment within 2 weeks of the show date unless otherwise discussed with the show promoters. You must confirm your space ahead of time via contract, email, or phone.
PAYPAL PAYMENTS: Paypal payments can be sent to (mullicahilltoyshow@gmail.com). If we are sold out of spaces, contact Rich about joining our waiting list for future shows.
