Frequently Asked Vendor Questions
How much does it cost to be a vendor at the Mullica Hill Toy Show?
We have two vendor space options. 1) A 12’x12′ booth which can fit 3-4 tables and has parking behind the booth is $100. This does not include tables. 2) A single 6ft table space (you can add one table of your own to this space) in the center of the room is $75. You will need to park where parking is available after you load in with the single table space.
Do spaces come with tables and chairs?
12’x12′ spaces do not come with tables and chairs. You will need to supply your own. Single 6ft table spaces come with one table. Chairs and an additional table need to be supplied by the vendor.
When is dealer setup?
Dealer setup begins at 6:30AM and runs until the show opens at 10AM. We expect dealers to be fully set up by 10AM, so please be at your space by 9AM to ensure you are set up before buyers start shopping.
Can multiple dealers share a single space at the Mullica Hill Toy Show?
Within reason, absolutely you can. If you have a 12’x12′ space there is only one parking space directly behind it, so please keep that in mind. If you have more than 2 vehicles, one may need to be parked in the customer parking area.

Can crafters set up at the Mullica Hill Toy Show?
Yes, but we have a limited number of crafter spaces available. The focus of this show is vintage and antique toys, but we do welcome some crafters and are happy to have you at the show. Your crafts should be related to pop culture or vintage toys to fit in.
Will there be food at the show?
Yes. We try to provide at least one food truck to our vendors and customers for the show and try to ensure that they offer a variety of basic options to satisfy the majority of our guests. You are welcome to bring your own food and drinks onto the premises as well if you prefer to pack something instead.
What if I need a space easily accessible to bathroom facilities, my vehicle, or the entrance/exit to the facility?
Please let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. We want all of our dealers to feel safe and comfortable while they are attending our show.
